When the filled bag is subjected to a wash cycle at a minimum temperature of 45 degrees Celsius, contact with hot water breaks down the bag's construction so its contents can be thoroughly washed.

The bags are 100% soluble and biodegradable and are made primarily using Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA)- a water-based synthetic polymer. Despite their ability to literally disappear in hot water, the bag's PVA material gives it a high tensile strength perfect for extra reliability and peace of mind when carrying wet linen.
